yesterday I made a list of all bio-hacks I’ve tried so far.

I made a tier list from most effective to least effective.

that’s what I wanna share with you today.

Number 1: Sleep

  • align with the circadian rhythm

  • wake up at the same time every day

  • take midday naps if needed

Number 2: Diet

  • Proper Hydration

  • Whole Food / No Processed bs

  • Nutrient Dense

  • No Sugar

  • No Seed Oils

  • No Alcohol

  • No Drugs

  • No Coffee

  • Bone Broth, Coconut oil

  • Supps if needed

Number 3: Sunlight

  • as much as possible

  • as early as possible

Number 4: Exercise

  • Lifting/Strength

  • Endurance

  • Stretching

  • Walking

  • Ball Sport

Number 5: Fasting

  • Water Fasting

  • Social Media Fasting

  • Doing nothing at all

  • Intermittent Fasting

  • Phone on silent

Number 6: Semen Retention

  • No Porn

  • No Fap

  • Absence of soft porn

Number 7: Breath-Work

  • Nasal Breathing

  • Wim Hof Breathing

Number 8: Meditation

  • Body Scan

  • Breathing

Number 9: Avoid Toxins

  • Healthy Shampoo

  • No toxic people

  • Ash & Coconut oil for toothbrush

  • Non toxic clothes

  • Avoid Plastics

  • Wired Headphones

  • Avoid LED light

  • Social Media Feed Blocker

Number 10: Additionals

  • Cold Exposure/Ice Bath/Cold Shower

  • Sauna

  • Warm Salt Bath

  • Journaling

  • Massage

  • Red Light Therapy

  • High Frequency Music

you see that there are so many things you can do but the most leverage lies in the most basic things like sleep, diet & exercise.
