1. SETUP

   • make sure you have a good working laptop and a good wifi connection +

   • basic software to begin with:

     • X for posting content

     • Gumroad for selling products and sending emails

     • Calendly for booking meetings

     • Calendar for organisation

     • Ad blocker for focus

     • Stripe to receive payments

2. MINDSET

   • remember these mindset models:

     • you are the hero on the journey, don’t let a demon conquer you

     • if you believe you can, you can

     • the path to heaven feels like hell, the path to hell feels like heaven

     • 99% give up, be one of the few winners

     • every failure is the lesson for the next level

3. OFFER

   • built out your offer and put it into Gumroad

     • successful people are busy, so it’s all about safing time for them

     • offer simple virtual assistant services like:

       • writing emails, engaging, outreach, writing tweets

       • take this framework for your promise:

         • “i help [ICP] achieve [GOAL] without them [PAIN] within [TIMEFRAME]

         • write down a step-by-step path how you would exactly help them

         • start working for free until you have 3 testimonials, then charge a low price and work yourself up from there

         • choose a guarantee like “if you don’t achieve the goal, i work until you do”

         • choose an incentive like “i only onboard 3 people per month, first 2 get [BONUS]

4. DAILY TO DO

   • hit these KPI’s daily

     • engage for an hour in your feed

     • send 10 DM’s to people for deeper connection

     • post 5 tweets; personal; problem solving; authoritative

     • write a newsletter per day in Gumroad

     • keep yourself healthy (food, exercise, sleep)

     • optimise your profile and presence for more sex lol
